Mr. Headrick has over 28 years of management experience. As CEO of Keys Enterprise, he personally overseas and schedules all daily operations. Mr. Headricks' expertise in equipment and manpower utilization brings substantial cost savings to the communities. In addition to scheduling, Mr. Headrick is instrumental in pricing equipment and supplies and recognizing savings on materials yield through quality assurance.
Mr. Headrick brings to Keys Enterprise 10 years of construction management and estimating experience with Watson Paving & Excavating and General Development Corporation as well as 20 years of personnel management and employee safety training while in the transportation industry last serving as the Florida Division Manager of Eagle Transport.
