Robert F. Tanz, CAM, Licensed Florida Public Adjuster, Vice President Corporate Administration
Mr. Tanz joined Keys Enterprise in 2007 and brings with him over 14 years of field management and corporate operations experience. Mr. Tanz was previously employed by Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO), serving as Office Support and Analysis Manager for a 1700-unit luxury community. Serving in a liaison role for much of his career, Mr. Tanz has experience in a broad range of business operations, including field/site operations, human resources, information technology, regulatory compliance, legal consultation, corporate communications, vendor relations, risk management / subrogation, training, purchasing, data-mining/database reporting and analysis, marketing, internal audit, financial analysis, and customer service.
Mr. Tanz currently serves as Vice President, Corporate Administration for Keys Enterprise, overseeing risk management, human resources and corporate accounting. Mr. Tanz holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Hawaii Pacific University, a Florida CAM license and a Florida Public Adjuster license.
