Mark Evans, CAM - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Evans joined Keys Enterprise in 2007. He has completed both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees at Auburn University in Alabama and brings with him a strong background in finance and management. Mr. Evans was previously employed by Wachovia as a licensed financial advisor. Prior to that, he gained extensive knowledge in employment management, human resources and risk management as manager of a General Nutrition Center, a major retail chain.
As CFO, Mr. Evans heads up the Keys Enterprise accounting department in our Cocoa Beach Corporate Office. His primary focus includes analysis of the monthly financial reports, budgeting and reserve investments for the purpose of maximizing interest earnings for all communities.
