Ms. Lembo joined Keys Enterprise
in 2000. Ms. Lembo moved
to Key West after a successful 30-year career in the banking industry. Her
experience in finance has made her invaluable with our accounting,
setting up and analyzing property financial statements. Ms.
Lembo’s human resources experience at Keys Enterprise includes
employee relations, unemployment, and worker’s compensation,
payroll processing, employee payroll forms, direct deposit and I-9
Compliance.
Ms. Lembo had worked as a Keys Enterprise
Administrative Assistant from her hire date until recently when she
accepted the position as Key West Golf Club Homeowners Association
Manager. Key West
Golf Club has 390 single family homes where she oversees the administrative,
maintenance and security staffs, enforces the rules and regulations
and ensures that the property is kept in pristine condition.
