With over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, Ms. Headrick has successfully managed more than twenty-five thousand units in various cities throughout the nation during her career. In addition to managing a diverse range of multi-family properties, she has also specialized in commercial office buildings and association management. In the construction field she has demonstrated expertise in new construction as well as major renovations of large-scale housing and commercial projects.
Ms. Headrick has provided consulting services in the areas of pre-acquisition, management systems, new development and lease-up and development turnover. She served as CEO of Marinda, Inc., General Manager of a Special Taxing District and Regional Asset Manager for Reliance Management with a portfolio of 16 developments comprised of over 1400 units.
Ms. Headrick holds Florida Real Estate Brokers License. She has also earned the Spectrum Training Award Recipient and the Certified Credit Compliance Professional and FmHm designations from Spectrum Seminars, Inc.
