About Keys Enterprise

Keys Enterprise formed in Key West as a management company in 2000 to service a single developer. Overtime it has formed alliances with other associations, developers and owners that produced management agreements. Meeting this objective was accomplished with the efforts and dedication of a professional team that combines 80 years of property management experience.

The company expanded in 2007 with the opening of its' new corporate office in Cocoa Beach, Florida and continues to maintain a regional office in Key West, Florida. The offices are staffed with dedicated and experienced employees who provide the portfolio with constant quality supervision which ensures peak performance. The company has key personnel for accounting, computer support, risk management, human resources, and building and landscape maintenance. We believe that landscaping and exterior maintenance presents the property's all important first impression. To meet that vital need our staff includes skilled personnel in the areas of landscape and building maintenance.

To document our performance we are responsible for monthly financial reporting, payables, receivables and cash management, and support to property staff. The company utilizes software specific to the community type for property management reports and is in step with the specific computerization needs of all development types to ensure that objectives from all are met.

To keep up with the ever changing regulations and complexities of property management Keys Property Management Enterprise, Inc. is active in of numerous organizations. The American Resort Development Association, Monroe County Tourist Development Council, Space Coast Condominium Association, Brevard County Tourist Development Council and Community Association Institute, thereby affording us the CAI affiliated management company designation. Keys Property Management Enterprise, Inc. continually encourages its employees to expand upon their education by attending seminars and obtaining designations offered by organizations.
